              I had my car in for service, took longer...

              I had my car in for service, took longer than I was told and no one Called me to give me updates as to when it would be ready. When I called to check on it, I would get voice mail and no one would call me back.

              Once someone came out to meet me...

              Once someone came out to meet me everything was great but when I first pulled up into the service hall I waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came out to speak to me at all. If someone could have just mentioned there would be a wait or point me to a place to sit anything to let me know they knew I was waiting.
