Showing Off the Production-Ready 2013 Trailblazer

We're proud to offer a wide range of Chevy utility vehicle options. Such models include the three-row Chevrolet Traverse SUV as well as the equally spacious Chevrolet Tahoe. Our fellow Chevy lovers in Thailand, however, are in sore need of these kinds of automotive offerings. This is exactly why the automaker will offer up the 2013 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the Thai market first.

After catching a glimpse at the near-production form Trailblazer concept last fall, Felix Chevrolet wasinterested to know what the actual, production-ready model would look like. Recently, Chevy has released full vehicle photos for the 2013 Trailblazer which will arrive in Thailand come June.

Remaining true to its namesake, the revamped Chevrolet model "will blaze the trail for new Chevrolet vehicles coming into the market," as company officials put it. Martin Apfel, President of Sales in Thailand, continues, "It has been built tough to offer Chevrolet customers everything they need from a heavy-duty SUV."1

Owners will be able to choose from either a 2.5- or 2.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that provide 150-hp and 180-hp respectively. As far as features go, the 2013 Chevrolet utility vehicle will pack in a healthy amount of technology. Safety equipment includes stability control, ABS, traction control and electronic brake-force distribution while the interior gets Bluetooth connectivity, USB ports and more.

After hitting Thailand this summer, Chevy officials say the 2013 Trailblazer will make its way across many global markets. Unfortunately for Felix Chevrolet, the model won't be arriving in Downtown Los Angeles anytime soon. Nonetheless, we're certainly excited to see Chevrolet expanding its overseas offerings.
