I was looking for a vehicle at Felix Chevrolet and, at first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I was contacted quickly, asked about the vehicle, any add-ons, and given an out-the-door figure — all within 4 hours. Since everything looked good, I scheduled an appointment for the very next morning.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felix Chevrolet and would not recommend them. Despite providing my pre-approval, they ignored it and used their own bank instead, without even submitting my pre-approval through my bank. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt deceptive. Additionally, the General manager refused to remove aftermarket parts that were not installed initially, forcing me to return the next day for installation. I went last Saturday to buy a Polestar. My salesperson Lily was fine but the trouble started when we got to the used car manager/purchaser guy. Bought a brand new truck with 15 miles. Transmission broke down took them 3 weeks to replace no loaner vechile available till 1 day before getting the truck back. Many other problems trailer brake module had a open recall that messed my brakes. And many other problems..again... BRAND NEW TRUCK had 15miles on it...and I Paid thousands out of pocket just to have a rental while they kept my truck and fixing my brakes. Starting out Mario the salesman was just wonderful. He let my wife test drive every car they had lol then to top it off sales manager, Steven work every angle he could and succeeded in getting my wife and myself a two car deal at the prices we were looking for, and also my trade-in was hassle free
They charged me $43,000 for a $23,000 2024 Chevy Trax. They sent two different contracts after delivering my car. They did not answer my questions. They did not abide by my requests to stick to my budget or not to put any add-ons on the vehicle. They have not responded to my certified letters asking them to fix the deal. Jonathan Acosta is good and concern, it never seem as if any other service rep. is as approachable, they just totally make you invisible. The last visit he did forget a few issues, but no big deal. He really try to please his customers, but I’m not to happy with the mechanics, but Felix is really convenient for me. I’ll keep trying.
I don’t know where to start but it was a rollercoaster going back and forth with my vehicle and not getting the right diagnosis. I believe safety is first and leaving the dealership after being assured that everything is fine but realistically is not it very disappointing. However you do have staff in the service department that are very helpful and make things better Ruben was very helpful and managed to explain what was going on with my car. I live 60 miles away from dealership. Price increased day of appointment. Paid cash and I wouldn't leave without a warranty. Finally agreed to give a 90 day powertrain warranty. Took to a local dealer for a inspection and I was notified there was signs of a oil leak on the underside of the car. It would cost $230 to clean underneath the car identify the leak. I came in for a new battery. It took 3 hours and i waited in the lobby. When I drove away from the dealer I noticed my check engine light was on and it wasn't when I brought the car in. They are advertising a 2016 Malibu as "new" with 179 miles on their web site. Went to buy yesterday and it has 1100 miles. They are still advertising today as "new" with 179 miles, which means they are now knowingly false advertising. The sales person Scot says that he doesn't know why it has those miles and what could have happened is that someone bought the car and the loan didn't go through and so they brought it back over thousand miles later, but he says its still technically "new". I've been to the service center twice: the first time I wasn't able to get an answer from anyone on timing for a routine oil change and finally received the car back 4 hours later. The second time is worse: horrible customer service, can't diagnose an electrical issue, and the car has been there for two days and I still don't have it back after a routine oil change and to fix seat warmers. I will never go back.

From the time we first arrived, our service consultant, Obdulio Rivera, handled our service visit very professionally. He kept in constant contact, advising us the results of their diagnostic evaluations of the problems we checked in with. I went in to look at a new Silverado. I spoke with Daniel Medina on the phone prior to me going to the dealership to ensure they had the vehicle there. He went out to physically find the vehicle and sent a pic to my phone which I appreciated. I took it on a test drive and Daniel answered all my questions about new technology that was in that truck in a polite manner. A couple hours later I drove off in my new truck!

After meeting our sale rep Chew he didn't pressure us at all which is why I chose to purchase a car from the Felix. I worked in sales for over 6 years and I was looking forward to pushy sales people but that wasn't the case. I wasn't pressure into buying nothing I was not satisfied with which made me happy. I highly recommend Felix Chevrolet for the superior customer service.
Awesome dealership! Friendly customer service, and overall, great environment. Ernesto was pretty cool. Very understandable and helpful. I had a purchased a Jetta before leasing my new Camaro, and I must admit, the upgrade is the best and the people at this dealership are by far way more helpful than those at the Volkswagen dealership.
