CarBravo vehicles include a standard limited warranty. Vehicles that meet the criteria of less than 10 model years old and under 100,000 miles qualify for the CarBravo Certified Tier. This coverage includes a 6-month/6,000-mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty with no deductible. Warranty repairs cover parts, labor, and towing to the nearest CarBravo dealership if necessary, with repairs made at no extra charge.
For older vehicles between 10 and 15 model years old and/or 100,000 and 150,000 miles, the BravoBudget Certified Tier provides a 30-day/1,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty. Customers can get warranty repairs completed at any CarBravo dealership nationwide or any General Motors dealership, including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac. Optional coverage is also available through CarBravo Protection Plans, known as BravoCare, which expands protection beyond the standard limited warranty.
The purchase includes helpful support bonuses. 24/7 roadside assistance is included as a standard benefit. This program assists with services such as towing, flat tire changes, battery jump-starts, and vehicle lock-out help. Additionally, courtesy transportation or alternative transportation may be available should a vehicle require warranty repair. Rental car reimbursement is available up to $40 per day for a maximum of 10 days if a covered mechanical breakdown requires the vehicle to be held overnight. The CarBravo program maintains over 4,000 Certified Service centers nationwide for vehicle needs. Customers may also qualify for special financing rates, such as 1.9% APR, on select certified used vehicles.
The shopping experience itself is made flexible and convenient. Customers can choose to complete paperwork and shop online, in person, or a customized mixture of both. There is also the opportunity to schedule at-home test drives or arrange for vehicle delivery, where available.
